Terms of service

Provider and Instructor students are required to demonstrate adequate knowledge to receive certification. Students who do not demonstrate adequate knowledge at the end of their course will not receive certification. Since our online courses allow instant access to the coursework, our courses are non-refundable. Thri Austin has a zero-tolerance policy for disrespect or hostility towards staff. Students who display disrespect or hostility towards Thri Austin staff will have their registration canceled and will not be refunded their course fees.
